If the head-heavy balance is where you would park the weight on the base model anyway, this racket saves you €130 and gives up nothing you would actually use.

What you are holding is a 360–375 g diamond with a 38 mm beam, ASC (adidas Signature Carbon) faces built on a zoned weave pattern, and MPS carbon ribs running through the throat to stiffen the highest-stress zone. The core is Eva Soft Performance, the same soft EVA the whole Arrow Hit line uses, and softer than the pro-tier diamond norm. Around the perimeter, Structural Reinforcement plies keep the frame torsionally honest on off-centre contact. There is no Intelligent Balance System, and no way to add or remove weight yourself.

On smash and víbora the ball leaves clean, not violent. The diamond mould loads the top of the head and the soft core keeps the exit civilised rather than explosive; if you swing for a pro-diamond payoff, you will feel short-changed. Bandeja is where the head-heavy balance earns its keep: mass sits forward, the swing plane stabilises, the ball comes off flat and long. Volea at the red is direct, with the face giving you feedback without kicking back at the wrist. Salida de pared and defensa are the honest weakness. The mould's sweet spot sits high and small, and with no way to shift the balance back toward the throat, off-centre balls at the fondo let you know.

The trade-off is simple and honest. You save €130 against the base Arrow Hit and lose the sliding weight rails that let the base be tuned between head-heavy and something closer to even. If you would have used the low-rail setting for defensa work, or to shift the racket's character mid-match, that flexibility is gone here. What you get in exchange is the same shape, the same core, and, in my hitting, essentially the same on-court feel.

This is for the 3.5–4.5 attacker who already plays with the weight forward: someone whose ataque is built around top-of-head contact, whose bandeja is a real weapon, and whose defensa is workmanlike rather than the strength of the game. If you want to tune the balance yourself, spend the extra €130 on the base Arrow Hit. If your play lives at the fondo more than at the red, look at a rounder mould, whether that is the Arrow Hit Carbon Ctrl or the Adidas Adipower Multiweight CTRL 3.4. And if you want a diamond that hits harder off the smash, this is not that racket; the NOX EA10 Ventus Attack in this year's line is a sharper, firmer swing.
